The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is an advanced level qualification that would suit the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance, and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Entry Requirements
Bant Training requires learners to already be employed in a business will have a level of pre existing knowledge, particularly around the business, and if possible, in a leadership capacity. Learners must:

  • Be employed in a workplace role where they are a leader or in an emerging leadership role

  • Be able to commit to the course requirements.

  • Learners must have the support of the workplace to complete the requirements of the course and to provide the required facilities and equipment

  • Have suitable language, literacy and numeracy skills to perform workplace tasks such as  measuring, weighing and comprehending written work instructions.
